Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how trials, subscriptions, and refunds work for the Zyvora AI "Professional / All-Access Plan" and related offerings ("Subscription"). Capitalized terms used here align with our Terms of Service unless otherwise defined.
This policy is a commercial template. Final billing and refund rules may be adjusted in your checkout flow and merchant agreements. Have counsel review before launch.
1. Plan summary
- Plan name: Professional / All-Access Plan.
- Price: USD $99 per month (plus applicable taxes), unless a different price is shown at purchase.
- Trial: 7-day free trial with no upfront charge for the Subscription fee during the trial period, subject to Section 2.
2. Free trial
If you start a 7-day free trial, you may use the Subscription features during the trial without being charged the $99 monthly fee for that trial window, unless we disclose a different trial mechanic at signup (e.g., promotional deposits).
Conversion: Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your Subscription may automatically convert to a paid plan and bill the payment method on file at the then-current rate ($99/month unless otherwise stated).
Cancellation during trial: You may cancel through the billing portal or instructions we provide. If you cancel before conversion, you will not be charged the monthly fee for the Subscription for that trial cycle.
3. Billing cycle
Paid Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. Renewal dates depend on your signup timestamp and payment processor settings.
4. Refunds (paid periods)
General rule: Fees for periods already started or completed are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
Good-faith review: If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, failure to cancel despite following our documented process), contact support with details. We may issue a refund or credit at our discretion.
Chargebacks: Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us — we often resolve issues faster through support.
5. Downgrades and cancellations
You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Cancellation typically stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or stated at purchase.
6. Taxes
Prices may exclude sales, VAT, GST, or other taxes, which may be added at checkout where applicable.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy. The "Last updated" date will change, and material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate.
